The count down is done and for most people the pressure is on to keep and maintain their New Year’s resolutions.

I don’t make New Year’s resolutions my goal list is constant.  It’s reviewed and updated every six months with the French girls and I’m counting down the days until I see them!

My personal projects slowed down this year because of my travel schedule but I still found small pockets of time to learn and challenge myself to grow.

These images were taken this summer at a workshop in Maine and even though my progress has been slow I’m happy with the results.

What are you making time for in 2012?  I will definitely find more time for my photography!

Thanks to Tamara and all the wonderful ladies I met in Bar Harbor this past Summer, it was truly a pleasure!

People often feel Paris is far away.

Sometimes you have to break things down into small steps to accomplish them.

I have been working on my editing skills and because I’m still learning the process is exhausting.

But when I break it down into small steps and do a little at a time the results aren’t that bad.

I hope you agree.
